What is data warehouse?A data warehouse (DW or DWH), also known as an enterprise data warehouse (EDW), is a system used for reporting and data analysis, and is considered as a core component of Business Intelligence environment. DWs are central repositories of integrated data from one or more disparate sources.
What is domain key normal form in DBMS?Domain-key normal form (DK/NF) is a normal form used in database normalization which requires that the database contains no constraints other than domain constraints and key constraints.
What is linked server in SQL?Typically linked servers are configured to enable the Database Engine to execute a Transact-SQL statement that includes tables in another instance of SQL Server, or another database product such as Oracle. Many types OLE DB data sources can be configured as linked servers, including Microsoft Access and Excel.
What is primary key in SQL?A primary key is a field in a table which uniquely identifies each row/record in a database table. Primary keys must contain unique values. A primary key column cannot have NULL values. A table can have only one primary key, which may consist of single or multiple fields.
